Is there a dumpster or trash service on-site?
No. This is a pack it in, pack it out event. Please leave no trace! This includes unwanted or (free) items such as dry food, cooking equipment, and camping gear. Please do not dispose of your dog poop bags in the porta potties!
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
All ticket sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds on tickets purchased for any reason. If you are not able to make it, tickets are 100% re-sellable and transferable. Please note, we are not responsible for any tickets sold by third party or individuals. To secure your spot, please register and purchase your ticket directly through us on our website.
I do not have a van or travel in a vehicle full-time. Can I still attend?
Yes! All are welcome. Our venue is suitable for all kinds of vehicles and camping tents.
Can I Vend?
A limited number of spaces will be available. Vendor pass tickets will be released at the same time all event tickets go on sale in March, 2025.
Amenities, showers, and bathrooms?
There is a bath house on-site. Shower tickets can be purchased daily at the info tent and showers are open for a few hours everyday. Porta potties will also available on-site. Please do not dispose of your trash or dog poop bags in the porta potties!
Am I able to leave and come back?
Yes. You are able to come and go. Please note, gates close everyday at sundown at approximately 7PM. Please note, we are about 30 miles from the nearest grocery store or town. You will have to get back to camp before gates close. You will not be able to sleep outside of the gates.
How do I prepare? What should I bring?
We always advise to come fully stocked and prepared with ample food and water. Bring warm clothes, good energy, and cash for vendors and the makers market. We host a few community potlucks throughout the weekend, please bring your favorite toppings to share. There is a small general store on-site with very limited supplies (small propane canisters, water bottles, snacks, and ice.)
This is a family-friendly event. All ages are welcome event. Leave your hard drugs and bad attitudes, elsewhere. This will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anybody to leave. This event is held on private property. No ticket, no entry.
Is your event pet friendly?
Yes! All camp pets are welcome. We must be considerate of our neighbors and those around us, pets must be kept on leash at all times and please pick up after your pet. There is an off-leash area on-site nearby.
