Information collected by third parties you choose to use • Ticketing & payments. When you click Buy Tickets, you’re taken to Ticket Tailor. Ticket Tailor (and its payment processors) collect and process your purchase information under their own policies—not ours. Please review Ticket Tailor’s privacy documentation to understand their practices. 2) How we use information We use your information to: • Operate and secure the Site, respond to inquiries, and run forms (volunteer, sponsors, general contact). • Send event updates, ticket announcements, and newsletters (you can opt out anytime). • Plan and administer our event, including general logistics and community programming. • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.
